Access medicinal cannabis care, guided by independent doctors.

MEDEVO connects Queensland patients with independent, AHPRA-registered doctors and licensed partner pharmacies — so consultations, prescriptions and delivery happen through the right channels, by the right people.

Medicinal cannabis is a prescription medicine. A prescription is never guaranteed — it depends on a doctor's clinical assessment. MEDEVO is not an emergency service.

The patient journey

From first question to delivered medicine — the right people at every step.

MEDEVO is the technology and administrative layer. Clinical decisions are made by independent doctors. Dispensing and delivery are handled by licensed pharmacies. The platform never touches the medicine.

01

Complete your intake

Create an account and fill in a guided eligibility questionnaire. It's a screening aid — not a diagnosis or a guarantee of a prescription.

02

Consult an independent doctor

Book a telehealth consultation. The doctor takes a proper history and assesses whether medicinal cannabis is clinically appropriate for you.

03

Doctor prescribes, if appropriate

If suitable, the doctor prescribes via a TGA pathway (SAS-B or as an Authorised Prescriber) and checks QScript where required.

04

Sent to a licensed pharmacy

Your prescription is sent to a licensed partner pharmacy. You keep pharmacy choice where legally and practically available.

05

Dispensed & delivered

The pharmacy dispenses and delivers your medication, with counselling on safe use, storage and driving.

A prescription is never guaranteed. Whether a prescription is issued is a clinical decision made by an independent doctor — not by MEDEVO. No incentives, quotas or kickbacks are tied to prescribing.
