Medicinal cannabis is a prescription medicine. A prescription is never guaranteed — it depends on a doctor's clinical assessment. MEDEVO is not an emergency service.
MEDEVO is the technology and administrative layer. Clinical decisions are made by independent doctors. Dispensing and delivery are handled by licensed pharmacies. The platform never touches the medicine.

Book a telehealth consultation. The doctor takes a proper history and assesses whether medicinal cannabis is clinically appropriate for you.
If suitable, the doctor prescribes via a TGA pathway (SAS-B or as an Authorised Prescriber) and checks QScript where required.
Your prescription is sent to a licensed partner pharmacy. You keep pharmacy choice where legally and practically available.
The pharmacy dispenses and delivers your medication, with counselling on safe use, storage and driving.
The facilitator model keeps each party in their lane — clinically independent, legally separate, and accountable for their own part.
A guided path to an independent doctor who can assess whether medicinal cannabis is clinically appropriate for you.
An independent engagement for AHPRA-registered doctors — your clinical judgement stays yours, with the platform handling admin only.
A compliant channel for licensed pharmacies to receive prescriptions and dispense — arms-length, with pharmacy ownership unchanged.
This short questionnaire helps determine whether you can proceed to book a consultation. It is a screening aid only and is not medical advice. A doctor makes the final clinical decision.
